Well done Stephen, you will have to make some
quandong ice cream as
well, that's yummy too.
I have seen quandongs ripe from August, but in some other areas they ripen as late as October.

The first ever wild Quandongs that I ever tasted were just north of
Broken Hill back in the early 1970's....and I can still taste the bitter taste...LOL I would say that they would ripen earlier up your way that down here.
